Refunds
If FishFlow does not work on your computer for technical reasons, contact us at [email protected] or in our Discord from the email used for the purchase, describe the problem, and we will refund your payment.
Refunds go back to the original payment method; for crypto — to the wallet you paid from. The license key linked to a refunded payment is deactivated.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account: you will not be charged again and keep access until the end of the paid month.
