1. What we collect
- Account: your email and password (stored only as a salted cryptographic hash).
- License: your license key, its status and renewal date.
- Device check: a random identifier of the computer running FishFlow (a one-way hash, not your hardware data), used only to allow one device per key.
- Session: one cookie that keeps you signed in to your account.
2. What we don’t collect
We never receive or store your card or wallet details — payments are handled by our payment provider. FishFlow does not send screenshots, game data or anything else from your computer to us.
3. How we use it
To create your account, issue and check your license, process renewals and cancellations, and answer support requests. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
4. Third parties
Payment processing: our payment provider (Suby). Hosting: Cloudflare. They process data only to provide their services.
5. Storage and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. To delete your account and data, email [email protected] from your account email.
6. Cookies
One functional session cookie. No analytics or advertising cookies.
